PANEL CONSTRUCTION
One of the most important features of a mechanic's toolbox is the panel contruction and build. Just like a house needs a solid foundation, a toolbox relies on its panel construction and gauge for strength and sturdiness.

DRAWER SLIDES
Obviously as an end user you want smooth rolling drawers for accessing your tools. BOSS uses only high quality roller bearing slides on all of it's professional boxes.
All of our boxes also feature a "quick-release" design so that the drawer can be removed entirely. This allows for easy lubrication of roller bearings or replacement of slides and/or drawers.
SIDE HANDLES
Want to manouvre your roller cabinet around the workshop? Lift a top chest and put it in the ute?
You need high quality side handles to not only bear any weight when lifting but to ensure your safety as well as that of your tools.
BOSS side handles are all designed to meet those needs and more. Large grip, full width chrome or aluminium handles on roller cabinets and large chests as well as heavy duty plated handles on smaller top chests ensures easy portability.
DRAWER HANDLES
Let's face it...you're pulling on the drawers all day long to access your tools...you need something that is going to stand the test of time.
BOSS drawer handles are all manufactured with heavy duty aluminium pullers to ensure years of constant use.
CASTORS
Many toolboxes are fitted with understrength, low quality wheels. BOSS uses only industrial quality castors with high load ratings to ensure your box won't collapse when it's filled to the brim. All castors on our professional models feature 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brake and range in size between 125 x 25mm & 150 x 50mm
LOCKING ASSEMBLY
What use is a toolbox without being able to lock it when it's filled with your valuable tools?
BOSS toolboxes come with locking mechanisms on all models c/w a dual key set and guaranteed to be individually keyed!
PROTECTIVE MATTING
You not only want a place to store your valuable tools...but you want it to be safe and offer protection for them. All BOSS drawers are fitted with anti-slip protective matting to ensure your drawer surfaces and tools remain free of damage.
