BOSS Toolboxes are produced to the highest standard of quality & workmanship.

BOSS provides a guarantee if any product is found to be defective in material or build within the applicable warranty period. The guarantee does not extend to any product that is damaged through neglect, improper assembly, transportation damage*, modification to the original design, misuse, abuse or accidental damage. Liability is limited to the replacement of the product only.

At the discretion of BOSS, the company shall either REPAIR or REPLACE the product as it deems necessary.

Freight charges involved in returning any product are non refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

* The BOSS guarantee becomes null and void where any product has been used in a mobile environment (ie. used in a service vehicle or ute tray etc) with the exception of those products designed for such use ie. Galvanised ute boxes and Truck boxes.
